By using thallyx.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Access to the Thallyx service is separate. It runs on a master services agreement, order form, quality agreement and data processing agreement executed between Thallyx and your organisation. Where those documents and this page differ, those documents control entirely.

Marketing and informational material about the Thallyx service. It is not medical advice, not regulatory advice, and not a mechanism for reporting an adverse event.

If you need to report a side effect from a medicine, contact the marketing authorisation holder or your national regulator directly. Nothing submitted through this website will be treated as an adverse-event report or entered into any pharmacovigilance system.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not scrape, mirror or systematically extract the site's content.
• Do not submit anyone else's personal information through our forms, and never submit case data or patient information.
• Do not use the site to transmit malware, or to interfere with its availability for others.

Submitting a request creates no obligation on either side. We may decline any request, and we evaluate them against our own capacity and fit criteria. Nothing in an acknowledgement constitutes an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to provide the service.

The Thallyx name, wordmark, site design, copy and underlying code are ours or our licensors'. You may not reproduce them beyond ordinary fair use and normal browsing.

Third-party names appearing on this site — safety database vendors, regulators, dictionaries and standards bodies — belong to their owners and appear descriptively. MedDRA is a registered trademark of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Associations. Their appearance implies no endorsement, partnership, licence or certification unless we say so explicitly.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law permits.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thallyx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

The governing law and forum will be stated here once the contracting entity is finalised, and will in any event be superseded by the master agreement for service clients.

We may amend these terms; the effective date records when we last did. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
