To report a side effect from a medicine, contact the company that markets it or your national regulator directly — in the UK the MHRA Yellow Card scheme, in the US the FDA MedWatch programme, in the EU your national competent authority. Thallyx is a processing service working for marketing authorisation holders; we cannot receive a report from you or act on one.
